please get in touch with the team!

HOW DO I GET MY TEST RESULTS? We review all test results carefully to ensure your safety and continuity of care. All results are reviewed by the GP. For all URGENT or abnormal results, our team will phone or text you to arrange a follow-up. If no action is required, your result will be filed in your record. You may receive a message via Manage My Health or will be informed at your next appointment. Please note, due to the volume of results received daily, it is not our policy to inform patients of normal or non-significant results. You are welcome to call us for your results 3-5 days after your test if you haven't heard from us.

NEED AN INTERPRETER? All patients that require an interpreter are to book 2 x 15minutes (30minutes) consults with all medical staff. Please note you may incur an extended consult fee for any consult that exceeds 30 minutes with the doctor or nurse. Reception staff are able to organise the ADHB free interpreting service that can come to the clinic and attend the appointment. Please allow at least 5 working days for Interpreting Services to confirm their availability to attend your appointment
