Patients who are registered with our PHO, pay affordable low cost consultation fees. PHO registered patients also have access to a few services and programmes at a free or low cost fee.

These services and programmes include: Diabetes Nurse Specialist Clinics, Health Improvement Practitioner, Health Coach Support, Awhi Ora Services - to help with your health needs in the community, Tamariki Ora.

NEED AN INTERPRETER? All patients that require an interpreter are to book 2 x 15minutes (30minutes) consults with all medical staff. Please note you may incur an extended consult fee for any consult that exceeds 30 minutes with the doctor or nurse. Reception staff are able to organise the ADHB free interpreting service that can come to the clinic and attend the appointment. Please allow at least 5 working days for Interpreting Services to confirm their availability to attend your appointment

HOW DO I GET MY TEST RESULTS? A doctor or nurse will make contact with you regarding any test results, should they require immediate attention or if results suggest that further investigation is required. In the case where you would like to find out your test results, please contact our Reception on 09 578 0956 to request a call back from our Nurses. Nurse call backs are done within 24-48 hours.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS For all repeat prescriptions, please contact the clinic on 09 578 0956 and select option two – follow the prompts and provide your name, date of birth and the pharmacy you would like your prescription to be sent to. ​ All Repeat Prescriptions are done electronically by our Doctors and cost $10. Please allow 48hrs for your prescription to be ready at your chosen pharmacy. For all same day (urgent) repeat prescriptions, there is a cost of $28.
