Ngā mihi o te wā Kirihimete ki a koutou katoa!
PĀNUI - NEWS UPDATE | 07.10.2020
Tēnā koutou katoa. Warm greetings to all our patients.
Following the recent announcement made by the Prime Minister about Aotearoa moving to Alert Level 1 on Wednesday 7th October at 11.59pm, we anticipate that more patients will want to visit our clinic for regular health checks and updates. As your health and wellbeing is priority for us as well as that of our staff, Ōrākei Health will continue to operate as we have been across all Covid-19 Alert Levels.
What does this mean?
All consults will continue to be delivered primarily by phone. Where the GP requires an in-person assessment, they will book this with the patient directly over the phone.
All Walk-ins will be triaged by our Nursing team. If you need to see a GP – please contact Reception before you come into clinic. If you present with any of the symptoms below, you will be asked to return straight to your car to contact Reception and be advised of the next steps to take.
It is important to contact Reception if you have any cold/flu-like symptoms before you come into the clinic. These include any of the following: fever, cough, a sore throat, shortness of breath, head cold and loss of sense of smell.
We want to reassure all our patients, that your health and wellbeing is always top of mind for our Clinical staff. We are here to ensure your health needs are met as best and as fast as possible while we balance the need to be vigilant and cautious in these unprecedented times.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly team on 09 578 0956 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
